As a medical doctor, I became aware of this ground breaking wealth of research that convincingly shows how influential our food choices are in relation to our health. Up to now, this information is not yet mainstream knowledge, nor taught in medical schools. Therefore, the aim of this website is informing everyone willing to take note of these facts and offering assistance in the transition to a healthy lifestyle.

The research shows how important a Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) lifestyle is for your health. Especially, chronic diseases, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes type 2 and auto-immune diseases are highly influenced by our food choices.¹ The good news over the past decades is the increase of our life-expectancy although, not our years without chronic diseases. So, we now live longer with chronic disorders. Healthy nutrition can substantially change these statistics.

With the help of short videos I will explain a variety of topics related to nutrition and health. By following a WFPB lifestyle, the desired weight will follow naturally in a healthy and also sustainable way. Although, I might make use of the word ‘diet’ now and then, everyone has to realise that eating WFPB nutrition is a lifestyle and not a ‘diet’ where you go on and come off again after some time.
